-Pick-up:
Begin your day with a pick-up from your accommodation within the city area of Salzburg.
-Leopoldskron Palace & Gazebo in Hellbrunn:
Start the adventure with a visit to Leopoldskron Palace, featured in The Sound of Music, and the iconic gazebo from the famous “Sixteen Going on Seventeen” scene.
-Hallein Salt Mines (Salzwelten):
Dive into the history of salt mining with a 90-minute guided tour of the Salzwelten Hallein. Discover ancient techniques, enjoy interactive exhibits, and experience a thrilling underground adventure (weather permitting, the tour may extend to 140 minutes).
-Weather Alternative – Keltendorf & Salzmanufaktur:
In case of unfavorable weather, we’ll replace the visit to Königssee with a fascinating exploration of the Keltendorf, a Celtic village that brings to life the ancient traditions of Celtic tribes. Explore reconstructed homes, learn about the daily life of the Celts, and enjoy hands-on activities for all ages. Afterward, visit the Salzmanufaktur, where you can discover the art of salt production and sample different types of locally made salt.
-Scenic Drive via Rossfeld Panorama Road to Berchtesgaden:
Take in breathtaking alpine views as we drive along the stunning Rossfeld Panorama Road, heading toward Berchtesgaden.
-Lunch and Leisure in Berchtesgaden: Enjoy a 90-minute break in Berchtesgaden where you can have lunch (not included), shop, and explore the charming town.
-View Point over St. Gilgen:
After Berchtesgaden, continue your journey through the Schwaitl Pass, stopping at a viewpoint overlooking St. Gilgen, one of the most picturesque villages in the Salzkammergut region.
-Mondsee:

If you are claustrophobic please consider not taking this tour or skipping the Salt mine part. We can organize something else for you!
-Children under 4 years are not allowed in the Salt Mines – but the Keltendorf is just next door and we can organize something else for you!
-You should be able to securely walk the during the Salt Mine Tour (1.5 hours)
-Please let us know if there is a wheelchair – we can only accomodate foldable ones.
-The Salt Mines are not fully accessible with a wheelchair

The original Von Trapp villa cannot be visited as it is privately owned by the church.
Schloss Leopoldskron can only be viewed from across the Leopoldskroner Weiher (pond) as it operates as a private hotel.

If you cancel your tour more than 48 hours before the start of the tour, no fees will be charged. However, please note that in such cases we will retain an administration fee of 10% of the booking price to cover the costs of payment transactions, bank fees and similar expenses.
If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the tour, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, in addition to the 10% administration fee.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will be charged 100% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
