On this tour, we will take a detour through the Austrian lake district to visit the UNESCO world cultural heritage site Hallstatt. You will learn about the fascinating story of this salt mining town and get 3 hours to explore this picturesque village on your own.

Itinerary
1. 09:00 a.m. – Departure from our office at Rudolfskai 38, 5020 Salzburg
2. Scenic drive through the Lake District, traveling along Lake Wolfgangsee on the way to Hallstatt
3. Approx. 3 hours free time in Hallstatt
Time to explore the village itself at your own pace.
Please note: the Salt Mines and the Hallstatt Skywalk viewing platform are currently closed due to construction and are not accessible.
4. Return drive to Salzburg, at 01:30 with arrival at approximately 03:00 p.m.

- Private option can only be booked for a maximum of 8 persons – if you are more, please contact us directly!
- Please be aweare that the Salt Mines and the viewing platform are closed due to construchtion at the moment and can not be visited.
- Each guest requires a fully usable individual seat. If more space is needed than a standard seat provides, an additional seat (second ticket – child rate) must be booked for comfort and safety reasons.
- For travelers who prefer additional personal space or distance from other passengers, we recommend booking two seats.
- Identification Requirement:
- For safety and compliance reasons, all guests are kindly requested to carry a valid passport or official photo identification at all times during the activity. In the event of an inspection by local authorities, you may be required to present your ID. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you cancel your tour more than 48 hours before the start of the tour, no fees will be charged. However, please note that in such cases we will retain an administration fee of 10% of the booking price to cover the costs of payment transactions, bank fees and similar expenses.
If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the tour, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, in addition to the 10% administration fee.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will be charged 100% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
